Shipping
Orders are normally dispatched within 2-4 working days after confirmation. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
Returns & refunds
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Because of their spiritual nature, energised or used products cannot be returned.
- Refunds, where applicable, are made to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
